How To Use

Combine with Welloxon Perfect Developer in a ratio of 1:1.5 – 1:2. For on-scalp application, use a strength of 6% or below. Apply evenly to dry hair. Check the hair every 5-10 minutes. Do not exceed a development of time of 50 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
