Combine with your chosen colour to the mixing ratio specified in the colour’s directions. Welloxon Perfect Developer provides optimal consistency with the new Koleston Perfect Me+ mixed at a simple ratio of 1:1. Apply the flexible crème to the hair in your preferred method.
