How to use:

Combine your chosen colour with your chosen developer to the mixing ratio specified in the colour’s directions. Illumina Color provides optimal consistency with the Welloxon Perfect Emulsion Developer. Maximise the opalescent results with low developers, mix at a simple 1:1 ratio. Apply the gentle cream to the hair in your preferred method.
