How to Use:

Mix Pure Perfection with Welloxon Perfect in a 1:1 ratio.

Use 6% Welloxon Perfect for grey coverage and up to 1 level of lift.
Use 9% Welloxon Perfect for up to 2 levels of lift.
Use 12% Welloxon Perfect for up to 3 levels of lift.

Alternatively: Mix Pure Perfection with Welloxon Perfect 1.9% in a 1:2 ratio. Apply through mid-lengths and ends after root application and develop for up to 20 min.
